This policy explains how Solid Data Consulting LLC ("Solid Data", "we") handles information when you visit soliddata.ai, take one of our scorecards, book a call, or email us.
Who we are
Solid Data Consulting LLC, a Florida company based in Hollywood, Florida. Privacy questions or requests:privacy@soliddata.ai.
What we collect
- When you browse this site: anonymous, cookie-free statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, page speed). We don't identify you and don't set cookies.
- When you take a scorecard: your name, email, company, role, phone number if you give it, your answers and scores, and which link brought you (for example a LinkedIn post or a partner).
- When you book a call or email us: your name, email, and what you tell us.
How we use it
- To send you your results.
- To contact you about your results by email, phone or text, if you agreed to that on the form.
- To prepare for and follow up on calls you book.
- To improve our scorecards and this site, using totals rather than individual answers.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't publish anything about an individual person or company. Any findings we share are anonymous totals.
Who processes it for us
We use these service providers, which handle data on our behalf:
- ScoreApp (scorecards and results emails)
- Calendly (call booking)
- Google Workspace (email)
- Amazon Web Services (website hosting)
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free site statistics)
Your choices
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Reply "STOP" to any text.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailingprivacy@soliddata.ai.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and scorecard information while we're in touch with you about your results or our work together, and delete it on request unless we're required to keep it.
Children
This site and our scorecards are for businesses and aren't directed at children under 13.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page when we change this policy.
